(a) To identify, through science, technology and innovation policy reviews with interested countries, options for national action, especially those which foster technological capability and innovation and the transfer and diffusion of technology;
)أ( القيام، من خلال العلم والتكنولوجيا واستعراض سياسات الابتكار مع البلدان المهتمة، بتحديد الخيارات فيما يتعلق بالعمل الوطني، ولا سيما تلك التي تشجع القدرة والابتكار التكنولوجيين ونقل ونشر التكنولوجيا؛

Noting with satisfaction the encouraging results of specific confidence-building measures agreed upon and implemented in some regions which foster mutual trust and understanding, defuse tensions and promote friendly relations among States,
وإذ تلاحظ مع الارتياح النتائج المشجعة لتدابير بناء الثقة المحددة التي تم الاتفاق عليها وتنفيذها في بعض المناطق والتي تعزز الثقة والتفاهم المتبادلين، وتزيل أسباب التوتر، وتشجع العلاقات الودية فيما بين الدول،

)د( مد التعاون التكنولوجي مع اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة، بما في ذلك إقامة مشاريع مشتركة حيث يكون لها صلة بالموضوع، بصورة خاصة الى القطاعات التي تشجع وسائل كسب الرزق البديلة؛

(d) extend technology cooperation with affected developing country Parties, including, where relevant, joint ventures, especially to sectors which foster alternative livelihoods; and

(e) Encouraging the media to examine the impact of gender role stereotypes, including those perpetuated by commercial advertisements which foster gender-based violence and inequalities;

(h) Encouraging the media to examine the impact of gender role stereotypes, including those perpetuated by commercial advertisements which foster gender-based violence and inequalities;
(ح) تشجيع وسائط الإعلام على التصدي لأثر القوالب النمطية المتعلقة بأدوار الجنسين، بما فيها تلك القوالب النمطية التي تديمها الإعلانات التجارية التي تشجع العنف وعدم المساواة القائمين على أساس نوع الجنس؛

(هـ) تشجيع وسائط الإعلام على التصدي لأثر القوالب النمطية المتعلقة بدور الجنسين، بما فيها تلك القوالب النمطية التي تديمها الإعلانات التجارية التي تشجع العنف القائم على أساس نوع الجنس وعدم المساواة بين الجنسين؛
