" Regional economic integration organization " means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters covered by the committee's work.
وتعني ' ' منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي`` منظمة شكلتها دول ذات سيادة في إقليم ما ومنحتها الدول الأعضاء فيها صلاحية فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي يشملها عمل اللجنة.

1. " Regional integration organization " shall mean an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by the Convention and this Protocol.
1 - يقصد بـتعبير ' ' منظمة التكامل الإقليمية`` منظمة تشكلها الدول ذات السيادة في منطقة ما وتنقل إليها الدول الأعضاء فيها الاختصاص فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية وهذا البروتوكول.

" Regional Economic Integration Organisation " means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have conferred competence in respect of matters addressed by IPBES and which has been duly authorized, in accordance with its internal procedures, to indicate its intention to become a membera of it.
' ' المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي`` يعني منظمة مكونة من دول سيادية في منطقة ما، تكون الدول الأعضاء فيها قد نقلت إليها الاختصاص المتعلق بالمسائل المندرجة ضمن ولاية المنبر والمأذون لها على النحو الواجب، وفقاً لنظامها الداخلي، بأن تبيّن اعتزامها أن تصبح عضواً() فيه.

(ي) " المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي " تعني منظمة أنشأتها دول ذات سيادة في منطقة معيّنة تنقل إليها الدول الأعضاء فيها الاختصاص فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية، وتخوّل إليها، حسب الأصول، وفقاً لنظامها الداخلي، التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية أو التصديق عليها أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها؛
