7. Invites the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to consider ways of providing assistance to Member States which request it in their efforts to establish appropriate mechanisms to collect and analyse data and to seek voluntary resources for this purpose;
٧ - تدعو برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات الى أن ينظر فـــي سبل تقديــم المساعدة الى الدول اﻷعضاء التي تطلبها في جهودها ﻹنشاء آليات مناسبة لجمع وتحليل البيانات والتماس الموارد التي تقدم على سبيل التبرع لهذا الغرض؛

٤ - تطلب الى برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يواصل تقديم المساعدة القانونية الى الدول اﻷعضاء التي تطلبها لدى تعديل قوانينها وسياساتها وهياكلها اﻷساسية الوطنية من أجل تنفيذ الاتفاقيات الدولية لمكافحة المخدرات، فضلا عن تقديم المساعدة في تدريب الموظفين المسؤولين عن تطبيق القوانين الجديدة؛

8. Calls upon the international community to provide increased economic and technical support to Governments which request it for programmes of alternative and sustainable development that have as their objectives the reduction and elimination of illicit drug production and that take fully into account the cultural traditions of peoples;
٨ - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي زيادة الدعم الاقتصادي والتقني الذي يقدمه الى الحكومات التي تطلب ذلك من أجل برامج التنمية البديلة والمستدامة التي تهدف الى الحد من إنتاج المخدرات غير المشروعة والقضاء عليه والتي تولي المراعاة التامة للتقاليد الثقافية للشعوب؛
