37. Officials and politicians should set an example by moving themselves out of other people's property which they occupy.
37 - ويتعيّن على المسؤولين والسياسيين أن يكونوا مثالاً صالحاً لغيرهم ويبادروا إلى إخلاء ممتلكات الآخرين التي يشغلونها.

(c) They represent the State internationally at the highest level simply by virtue of the post which they occupy.
(ج) أنهم يمثلون الدولة في الساحة الدولية على أعلى المستويات لمجرد توليهم المناصب التي يشغلونها.

4. The term “forced evictions” as used throughout this General Comment is defined as the permanent or temporary removal against their will of individuals, families and/or communities from the homes and/or land which they occupy, without the provision of, and access to, appropriate forms of legal or other protection.
٤- ومصطلح " حالات اﻹخلاء القسري " على النحو المستخدم في التعليق العام برمّته، يعرّف بوصفه طرداً دائماً أو مؤقتاً ﻷفراد أو أسر و/أو مجتمعات محلية ضد إرادتهم من المنازل و/أو اﻷراضي التي يشغلونها دون أن توفر لهم أشكال مناسبة من الحماية القانونية أو غيرها من أشكال الحماية وتيسر لهم سبل الحصول عليها.

Transnational corporations and other business enterprises shall not forcibly evict individuals, families and/or communities against their will from their homes and/or land which they occupy without having had recourse to, and access to, appropriate forms of legal or other protection pursuant to international human rights law.
وتمتنع الشركات عبر الوطنية وغيرها من مؤسسات الأعمال عن إخلاء أي أفراد أو أسر و/أو مجتمعات محلية بالإكراه عن بيوتهم و/أو عن الأراضي التي يشغلونها دون تمكينهم من اللجوء إلى الأشكال الملائمة من الحماية القانونية وغيرها من أشكال الحماية وفقاً للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.

The Committee also emphasized that States parties are under an obligation to put an end to forced evictions, defined as " the permanent or temporary removal against their will of individuals, families and/or communities from the homes and/or land which they occupy, without the provision of, and access to, appropriate forms of legal or other protection " .
48- وأكدت اللجنة أيضاً أن الدول الأعضاء ملزمة بوضع حد لعمليات الإخلاء الذي يعرف بأنه طرد دائم أو مؤقت لأفراد أو أسر أو مجتمعات محلية رغم أنفهم من المنازل أو الأراضي التي يشغلونها دون أن توفر لهم أشكال مناسبة من الحماية القانونية أو غيرها من أشكال الحماية().
