وإذا أوصى الاستعراض السنوي أو استعراض التغييرات المدخلة على السجل الوطني بإجراء استعراض دقيق للسجل الوطني، وإذا رئي أنه يلزم القيام بزيارة داخل القطر، وجب إجراء هذا الاستعراض الدقيق مع الزيارة التالية داخل القطر إما بعد إعداد قائمة الجرد السنوية أو بعد تقديم البلاغ الوطني الدوري، مع الأخذ بأيهما أسبق.
