The Government will examine the possibility of granting everyone who is arrested the right to ask for a lawyer at the time of arrest.
وستدرس الحكومة إمكانية منح كل شخص يقبض عليه حق الاستعانة بمحامٍ فور القبض عليه.

Any person who is arrested or provisionally arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest or provisional arrest, of the reasons for his arrest or provisional arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him/her in accordance with the rules of the Court.
أي شخص يقبض عليه، أو يقبض عليه بصفة مؤقتة، يُبلغ عند إلقاء القبض عليه أو القبض عليه بصفة مؤقتة، بأسباب القبض عليه أو القبض عليه بصفة مؤقتة ويُبلﱠغ فورا بأي تهم موجهة إليه وفقا للائحة المحكمة.

Anyone who is arrested shall be notified of the causes of his/her arrest immediately and he/she shall have the right to contact whoever he/she sees fit, to inform them of what has taken place or seek their assistance.
يبلغ كل من يقبض عليه أو يعتقل بأسباب القبض عليه أو اعتقاله فورا، ويكون له حق الاتصال بمن يرى إبلاغه بما وقع أو الاستعانة به، ويجب إعلانه على وجـه السرعة بـالتهم الموجهة إليه.

The Amendment strives to further enhance and provide better protection of the human dignity of a minor who is arrested, imprisoned or questioned and to ensure they are provided with conditions compatible with their age and needs.
ويسعى التعديل إلى مواصلة تعزيز حماية كرامة الإنسان القاصر الذي يُلقى القبض عليه أو يُسجن أو يُستجوب وتقديم المزيد من الحماية له وضمان توفير ظروف تتناسب مع عمره واحتياجاته.

461. Any person who is arrested or imprisoned or whose freedom is restricted in any way must be treated in a manner conducive to the preservation of his human dignity.
462- ونصت المادة 42 على أن كل مواطن يُقبض عليه أو يحبس أو تقيد حريته بأي قيد يجب معاملته بما يحفظ عليه كرامة الإنسان.

(c) Improve the training of State agents in this regard, to ensure that anyone who is arrested or detained is informed of his or her rights;

125. Under article 42 of the Constitution, " Any citizen who is arrested or detained or whose freedom is restricted in any way shall be treated in a manner consistent with his dignity as a human being.
125- نصت المادة 42 من الدستور على أن " كل مواطـن يقبض عليه أو يحبس أو تقيد حريته بأي قيد تجب معاملته بما يحفظ عليه كرامة الإنسان، ولا يجوز إيذاؤه بدنياً أو معنوياً.

According to the Constitution and the laws in force anyone who is arrested must be informed at the time of his arrest of the reasons for his arrest and must be promptly informed of any charges against him.
253- كما أوجب الدستور والقوانين النافذة إبلاغ كل من يقبض عليه بأسباب ذلك عند حدوثه كما يجب إبلاغه فوراً بأية تهمة توجه إليه.

83. Under article 40.2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, " Every person who is arrested or detained shall be treated in a manner consistent with his dignity as a human being and shall not be harmed physically or morally. "
83- وقد نصت المادة 40/2 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية على " معاملة من يقبض عليه أو يحبس بما يحفظ عليه كرامة الإنسان وعدم إيذائه بدنياً أو معنوياً.

120. Article 42, for its part, provides that " Any citizen who is arrested or detained or whose freedom is restricted in any way shall be treated in a manner consistent with his dignity as a human being.
120- كما نصت المادة 42 من الدستور على أن " كل مواطن يقبض عليه أو يحبس أو تقيد حريته بأي قيد تجب معاملته بما يحفظ عليه كرامة الإنسان.

Any person who is arrested or detained shall immediately be told of the reasons for his arrest or detention and shall have the right to contact whomsoever he wishes to notify of the event or seek assistance from in the manner regulated by law.
- يبلغ كل من يقبض عليه أو يعتقل بأسباب القبض عليه أو اعتقاله فوراً، ويكون له حق الاتصال بمن يرى إبلاغه بما وقع أو الاستعانة به على الوجه الذي ينظمه القانون، ويجب إعلانه على وجه السرعة بالتهم الموجهة إليه.

234. Anyone who is arrested or detained must be informed immediately of the reasons for his arrest or detention and has the right to contact any person whom he may wish to notify of what has happened.
235- التبليغ الفوري لكل من يُقبض عليه أو يُعتقل بأسباب هذا الإجراء مع الحق في الاتصال بمن يرى إبلاغه بما وقع والاستعانة بمحام.

Under article 42 of the Constitution any person who is arrested or imprisoned or whose freedom is in any way restricted must be treated in a manner conducive to the preservation of his human dignity and no physical or mental harm must be inflicted on him. Any statement by a citizen which is proved to have been made under duress or the threat thereof is deemed null and void.
وقد أورد الدستور في المادة 42 أنه يجب معاملة من يُقبض عليه أو يُحبس أو تُقيد حريته بأي قيد، بما يحفظ عليه كرامة الإنسان، ولا يجوز إيذاؤه بدنياً أو معنويا.ً وكل قول يثبت أنه صدر من مواطن تحت وطأة شيء مما تقدم أو التهديد به يُهدر ولا يعوَّل عليه.

(d) Any person who is arrested or detained shall be informed immediately of the reasons for his arrest or detention.
(د) نصت المادة 71 على أن " يُبلَّغ كل من يُقبض عليه أو يعتقل بأسباب القبض عليه أو اعتقاله. فوراً.

Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall have the right to see the warrant and notify a person of his choosing about what has happened and ask for a lawyer.
يبلغ فوراً كل من قبض عليه بأسباب هذا القبض وله حق الإطلاع على أمر القبض والاتصال بمن يرى إبلاغه بما وقع والاستعانة بمحامٍ.

Everyone who is arrested must be immediately informed of his/her rights (art. 19, para. 4, subpara. 2 and art. 153, para. 2, subpara. 1) and of the reasons for the arrest and of any charge against him/her (ibid.).
إذ يجب إبلاغ كل موقوف بحقوقه فوراً (الفقرة الفرعية 2 من الفقرة 4 من المادة 19، والفقرة الفرعية 1 من الفقرة 2 من المادة 153)، وبأسباب توقيفه وبالتهمة الموجهة إليه (المرجع نفسه).
