وفي حالة عدم حصول أحد من المرشحين على اﻷغلبية المطلقة يجرى انتخاب ثان في غضون ثلاثين يوما من إعلان النتائج الرسمية بين المرشحين الاثنين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات.

If the third ballot is inconclusive, the next ballot shall be restricted to the two candidates who obtained the greatest number of votes in the third ballot and so on, with unrestricted and restricted ballots alternating, until a person or member is elected.
فإذا لم يسفر الاقتراع الثالث عن نتيجة حاسمة، يقتصر الاقتراع التالي على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الثالث وهلم جرا، مع تعاقب الاقتراعات غير المقيدة والمقيدة، حتى يتم انتخاب شخص ما أو عضو ما.

If three such unrestricted ballots are inconclusive, the next three ballots shall be restricted to the candidates who obtained the greatest number of votes in the third of the unrestricted ballots, to a number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled, and the following three ballots thereafter shall be unrestricted, and so on until all the places have been filled.

1 - في الحالات التي يراد فيها شغل منصب انتخابي واحد، ولم يحصل أي مرشح على الأغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع الأول، يجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

In accordance with the rules of procedure we should continue with a series of restricted ballots. This is in accordance with rule 94, which states that if three such unrestricted ballots are inconclusive the next three ballots shall be restricted to the candidates who obtained the greatest number of votes in the third of the unrestricted ballots.
النظام الداخلي، ينبغي أن نواصل سلسلة الاقتراعات المقيدة وذلك وفقــا للمــادة ٩٤ التــي تنــص على أنه إذا أجريت ثلاثة من هذه الاقتراعات غير المقيدة دون أن تسفــر عــن نتيجة حاسمة تقصر الاقتراعات الثلاثة التي تليها علــى عــدد مــن المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من اﻷصـوات فـي ثالث اقتراع غير مقيد.
