As a general rule they shall be circulated as soon as possible to all members of the Commission, who shall inform the secretariat within five working days after the circulation of the summary record of any changes they wish to have made.
وكقاعدة عامة، تعمم هذه المحاضر في أقرب وقت ممكن على جميع أعضاء اللجنة الذين يقومون بإبلاغ الأمانة في غضون خمسة أيام عمل بعد تعميم المحاضر الموجزة بأي تغييرات يودون إدخالها.

وكقاعدة عامة، تعمم هذه المحاضر في أقرب وقت ممكن، بكل لغات المجلس وفي آن واحد، على جميع الممثلين الذين يقومون بإبلاغ الأمانة في غضون خمسة أيام عمل بعد تعميم المحاضر الموجزة بأي تغييرات يودون إدخالها.

1- تُعَّد المحاضر الموجزة للجلسات العامة للمؤتمر وتُعمَّم بأسرع ما يمكن بكل لغات المؤتمر على جميع الممثلين الذين يقومون بإبلاغ الأمانة في خلال خمسة أيام عمل بعد تعميم المحضر بأي تصحيحات يودون أن تُدخل.
