15. The General Committee took note of the fact that the general debate will begin on Monday, 21 September, and end on Friday, 2 October 1998, in accordance with recent practice and the relevant provisions of the annex to resolution 51/241 (paras. 19 and 20 (a) and (e)), which read as follows:
١٥ - أحاط المكتب علما بأن المناقشة العامة ستبدأ يوم الاثنين ٢١ أيلول/سبتمبر، وتنتهي يوم الجمعة ٢ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٨ وذلك وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها مؤخرا، ولﻷحكام ذات الصلة من مرفق القرار ٥١/٢٤١ )الفقرتان ١٩ و ٢٠ )أ( و )ﻫ(( ونصها كما يلي:
