The Conference invited countries of the region to pursue consultations with a view to elaborating a draft additional regional implementation annex to the Convention and to submit such a draft for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third session (COP 3).
ودعا المؤتمر بلدان المنطقة إلى مواصلة المشاورات بغية وضع مشروع مرفق إضافي للاتفاقية عن التنفيذ الإقليمي وتقديم ذلك المشروع لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثالثة (م أ-3).

7. Decides that the Commission on the Status of Women should establish an in-session open-ended working group for a two-week period at its fortieth session to consider the report requested in paragraph 6 above with a view to elaborating a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women;
٧ - يقرر أن تقوم لجنة مركز المرأة، في دورتها اﻷربعين، بإنشاء فريق عامل مفتوح باب العضوية ينعقد لمدة اسبوعين أثناء الدورة، للنظر في التقرير المطلوب في الفقرة ٦ أعلاه بغية صياغة مشروع بروتوكول اختياري لاتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة؛

6. In accordance with resolution 1995/29 of the Economic and Social Council, the Commission on the Status of Women should establish an in-session open-ended working group at its fortieth session to consider the report of the Secretary-General with a view to elaborating a draft optional protocol to the Convention.
٦ - ووفقا لقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ١٩٩٥/٢٩، ينبغي للجنة مركز المرأة أن تنشئ فريقا عاملا مفتوح باب العضوية ينعقد في دورتها اﻷربعين للنظر في تقرير اﻷمين العام بغية إعداد مشروع بروتوكول اختياري للاتفاقية.

٦ - تطلب إلى لجنة القانون الدولي أن تواصل أعمالها بشأن هذه المسألة، بوصفها مسألة ذات أولوية، بغية وضع مشروع نظام أساسي إذا أمكن في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين في عام ١٩٩٤، واضعة في الاعتبار اﻵراء التي أبديت خلال المناقشة في اللجنة السادسة، وكذلك أي تعليقات كتابية ترد من الدول؛

17. The General Directorate had undertaken a review of the legislative framework for the protection of migrants with a view to elaborating a draft law gathering all relevant provisions, and also formulated draft legislation in the field of smuggling in accordance with the United National Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, to which Nicaragua was a State party.
17 - وقد اضطلعت المديرية العامة للهجرة باستعراض للإطار التشريعي لحماية المهاجرين بغية وضع مشروع قانون تتجمع فيه كل الأحكام ذات الصلة. وصاغت المديرية العامة أيضا مشروع تشريع في ميدان التهريب، وفقا لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية، التي تندرج نيكاراغوا ضمن الأطراف فيها.

(k) Support the process initiated by the Commission on the Status of Women with a view to elaborating a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women that could enter into force as soon as possible on a right of petition procedure, taking into consideration the Secretary-General's report on the optional protocol, including those views related to its feasibility;

The Assembly would also invite States to submit to the Secretary-General by 15 February 1994 written comments on the draft articles proposed by a Working Group of the Commission on a draft statute for an international criminal court and would request the Commission to continue its work as a matter of priority on this question with a view to elaborating a draft statute if possible at its forty-sixth session, in 1994.
وتدعو الجمعية أيضا الدول الى أن تقدم الى اﻷمين العام بحلول ١٥ شباط/ فبراير ١٩٩٤، عن تعليقات كتابية على مشاريع المواد التي اقترحها الفريق العامل التابع للجنة، والمعني بوضع مشروع نظام أساسي لمحكمة جنائية دولية، وتطلب الى اللجنة أن تواصل أعمالها بشأن هذه المسألة بوصفها مسألة ذات أولوية، بغية إعداد مشروع نظام أساسي إذا أمكــــن في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين، في عام ١٩٩٤.
