٢ - وفي الفقرة ١٧ من القرار ٤٨/٩١، دعت الجمعية العامة اﻷمين العام إلى تقديم مقترحات إليها بقصد تكملة برنامج العمل للعقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري إذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلك.
