534. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with the Vienna Declaration and Plan of Action, and taking account of the Human Rights Committee's general comment No. 22, study its reservation, particularly concerning articles 14, 20 and 21, with a view to withdrawing it.
534- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعمد عملاً بإعلان وخطة عمل فيينا ومع مراعاة التعليق العام 22 للجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمواد 14 و20 و21 إلى دراسة تحفظها بقصد سحبه.

The Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) reiterated, in 2006, its previous recommendation that Saudi Arabia review the general nature of its reservation with a view to withdrawing it, or narrowing it.
وكررت لجنة حقوق الطفل، في عام 2006، توصيتها السابقة بأن تقوم المملكة العربية السعودية بمراجعة الطابع العام لتحفظها بهدف سحبه أو تضييق نطاقه(9).

6. The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation that the State party review its reservation with a view to withdrawing it, in accordance with the Vienna Declaration and Plan of Action adopted by the World Conference on Human Rights on 25 June 1993 (A/CONF.157/23).
6- تكرر اللجنة توصيتها السابقة بأن تعيد الدولة الطرف النظر في تحفظها بغية سحبه وفقاً لإعلان وخطة عمل فيينا اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان في 25 حزيران/يونيه 1993 (A/CONF.157/23).

11. In the spirit of the World Conference on Human Rights, which encouraged States to consider reviewing any reservation with a view to withdrawing it (see A/CONF.157/23, II, paras. 5 and 46), please indicate whether the Government considers it necessary to maintain the reservations it has made, if any, or has the intention of withdrawing them.

404. In light of the 1993 Vienna Declaration and its Programme of Action, the Committee recommends that the State party review the reservation made to article 26 of the Convention with a view to withdrawing it.
404- وفي ضوء إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا لعام 1993، توصي اللجنة بأن تعيد الدولة الطرف النظر في تحفظها على المادة 26 من الاتفاقية بغرض سحبه.

It recommended that Qatar consider re-examining its reservation with a view to withdrawing it.
وأوصت اللجنة قطر بأن تبحث إعادة النظر في تحفظها بقصد سحبه(7).

While appreciating the statement made by the representative of the State party that the reservation to the Convention will not impede the full enjoyment of all the rights guaranteed in it, the Committee recommends that the State party consider reexamining its reservation with a view to withdrawing it.
ومع أنها تقدر البيان الذي تقدم به ممثل الدولة الطرف والذي يفيد بأن التحفظ الذي أُبدي على الاتفاقية لن يعوق التمتع الكامل بجميع الحقوق التي تكفلها الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف ببحث إعادة النظر في تحفظها بقصد سحبه.

742.
