2. Notes with appreciation the entry into force of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity16 on 12 October 2014;
2 - تلاحظ مع التقدير بدء نفاذ بروتوكول ناغويا المتعلق بالحصول على الموارد الجينية والتقاسم العادل والمنصف للمنافع الناشئة عن استخدامها والملحق باتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي(16) في 12 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2014؛

117. The Committee notes with appreciation the entry into force of new laws related to child labour, child pornography and trafficking of persons, and welcomes the approval of the revised Penal Code containing provisions against sexual abuse of children.
117- تحيط اللجنة علماً مع التقدير ببدء نفاذ قوانين جديدة تتصل بعمل الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية والاتجار بالأشخاص، وترحب بإقرار مجموعة القانون الجنائي المنقحة (قانون العقوبات المنقح) التي تتضمن أحكاماً تتصدى للإساءة الجنسية للأطفال.

17. Acknowledges with appreciation the entry into force of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and calls upon States parties to give early consideration to signing and ratifying the Protocol, which provides further measures for use in the fight against and prevention of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
17 - تقر مع التقدير ببدء سريان البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة()، وتهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تنظر دون إبطاء في التوقيع والتصديق على هذا البروتوكول الذي ينص على مزيد من التدابير التي يمكن الاستعانة بها في مكافحة وضع التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛

It adopted resolution 2003/46, on the " Human rights of migrants " as well as resolution 2003/48, on the " International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families " acknowledging with appreciation the entry into force of the Convention.
فقد اتخذت اللجنة القرار 2003/46 بشأن " حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين " والقرار 2003/48 بشأن " الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم " ، مُقِّرة مع التقدير بدء سريان الاتفاقية.

34. Acknowledges with appreciation the entry into force on 1 July 2003 of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and invites all States that have not yet done so to consider acceding to this important instrument;
34- تسلم مع التقدير بدخول الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم حيز النفاذ في 1 تموز/يوليه 2003، وتدعو كافة الدول التي لم تنضم بعد إلى هذا الصك المهمّ أن تنظر في إمكانية الانضمام إليه؛
