93- وتناول عدة متكلّمين الاحتياجات الخاصة للأطفال الضحايا والشهود وسبل تلبية تلك الاحتياجات، مثل إنشاء محاكم للأحداث ومحاكم مراعية للأطفال، ووجود موظفين لا يرتدون الزي الرسمي، وتوفير التدريب المتخصّص للموظفين الفنيين الذين يتعاملون مع الأطفال الضحايا والشهود.

The Committee further recommends the State party to ensure that all professionals receive training on child-friendly interaction with child victims and witnesses at all stages of the criminal and judicial process, in accordance with article 8, paragraph 1 of the Optional Protocol and the Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime (Economic and Social Council resolution 2005/20, annex).
