6. Requests the SecretaryGeneral, in order to achieve and maintain the goal of 50/50 gender distribution with full respect for the principle of equitable geographical distribution, in conformity with Article 101, paragraph 3, of the Charter:
6 - تطلب إلى الأمين العــام أن يقـوم بما يلي، بغية تحقيق هدف توزيع الجنسين بنسبة 50/50 والمحافظة عليه مع الاحترام التام لمبدأ لتوزيع الجغرافي العادل، وفقا للفقرة 3 من المادة 101 من الميثاق:

The rights of the accused should be fully guaranteed, with full respect for the principle nulla poena sine lege, and capital punishment should be excluded from the sentences the court could impose.
