كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتخصيص اعتمادات مالية كافية لتنفيذ البرامج الرامية إلى ضمان الحيازة والسكن الميسور التكلفة، وبخاصة لصالح أشد الأفراد والجماعات حرمانا وتهميشا، بما يتفق مع تعليقها العام رقم 4(1991) بشأن الحق في السكن الملائم.

The Committee also urges the State party to take immediate and effective measures to ensure that the population has affordable access to clean drinking water, in line with its general comment No. 15 (2002) on the right to water (arts. 11 and 12 of the Covenant).
كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير فورية وفعالة لضمان حصول السكان على مياه صالحة للشرب بتكلفة معقولة وذلك تماشيا مع تعليقها العام رقم 15(2002) بشأن الحق في المياه (المادتان 11 و12 من العهد).

The Committee reiterates its position that all the Covenant rights are fully justiciable and urges the State party to take the necessary measures, in line with its general comment No. 9 on the domestic application of the Covenant, to ensure that the provisions of the Covenant are made justiciable and that effective remedies are available to victims of violations of economic, social and cultural rights.

كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير فورية وفعالة لضمان حصول السكان على مياه صالحة للشرب بتكلفة معقولة وذلك تماشيا مع تعليقها العام رقم 15(2002) بشأن الحق في المياه (المادتان 11 و12 من العهد).

The Committee recommends, in line with its general comment No. 5 (1994) on persons with disabilities, that the State party adopt all appropriate measures to ensure that persons with disabilities have equal opportunities for productive and gainful employment, in sheltered facilities as well as in the open labour market.
