7 - ترحب بما تبذله الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان والدول الأطراف، بمساعدة الأمين العام والمفوض السامي، من جهود تهدف إلى تحسين فعالية نظام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات، وتشجعها على مواصلة دراسة السُبُل الكفيلة بزيادة تحسين فعاليتها، ومنها تبسيط إجراءات تقديم التقارير وتحسينها بطرق أخرى؛
