٤-٣ يجوز للمتعاقد، بموافقة من السلطة لا يجوز حجبها إلا لسبب معقول، أن يدخل من وقت ﻵخر على برنامج العمل وعلى النفقات المحددة فيه التغييرات التي قد يكون من الضروري ومن الحكمة إدخالها وفقا للسنن الحميدة في صناعة التعدين، ومع مراعاة ظروف السوق المتعلقة بالمعادن التي تحتوي عليها العقيدات المتعددة المعادن، والظروف الاقتصادية العالمية ذات الصلة اﻷخرى.

22.1 The rights and obligations of the Contractor under this contract may be transferred in whole or in part only with the consent of the Authority and in accordance with the Regulations.
22-1 لا يجوز نقل حقوق المتعاقد والتزاماته بموجب هذا العقد، سواء كليا أو جزئيا، إلا بموافقة السلطة ووفقا للنظام.
