وفي إطار اﻹعلان، عُهد إلى اللجنة الخاصة بمهمة البحث باستمرار عن طرق ووسائل مناسبة لتنفيذ متطلبات اﻹعلان، بالتعاون مع الدول القائمة باﻹدارة.
