١٥٦ - وتلاحظ اللجنة مع القلق افتقار القوانين المحلية ذات الصلة الى الاتساق مع تعريف الطفل بموجب الاتفاقية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالسن اﻷدنى لاتهام الطفل بجرائم خطيرة، والسن اﻷدنى لتشغيل اﻷطفال.

7. In general, the legal age specified in Yemeni legislation is consistent with the definition of the child and the age of majority as specified in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
٧- وبوجه عام فإن السن المحددة في التشريعات اليمنية تتفق مع تعريف الطفل وتحديد سن الرشد كما جاء في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل الدولية.

27. The Rights of the Child Act No. 45 of 2002: Under article 2 of the Act, the child is defined as " every human being below the age of 18 years unless majority is attained earlier " , a definition which is fully consistent with the definition of the child set forth in the Convention.
27- في قانون حقوق الطفل رقم 45 لسنة 2002: يعرَّف الطفل في المادة 2 بأنه " كل إنسان لم يتجاوز ثمانية عشرة سنة من عمره ما لم يبلغ سن الرشد قبل ذلك " . وهو تعريف يتطابق تماماً مع تعريف الطفل في الاتفاقية.

The Committee notes that the traditional perception of the child in Congolese society may be in conflict with the definition of the child enshrined in the Convention, in particular with regard to the age of majority, since in traditional views the transition from a play and learning stage of development to work and marriage occurs sooner.
520- تحيط اللجنة علماً بأن النظرة التقليدية للطفل في مجتمع الكونغو قد تتعارض مع تعريف الطفل المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بسن البلوغ، لأن الآراء التقليدية تعتبر أن الانتقال من مرحلة النمو من خلال اللعب والتعلم إلى مرحلة العمل والزواج يحدث بصورة مبكرة.

24. Withdraw the rest of its reservations to the CRC, adapt the national legislation accordingly, and review those national laws where the definition of the child is not consistent with the definition of the child under article 1 of the Convention (Slovenia); 146.36.

In 2006, CRC noted that the traditional perception of the child in Congolese society may be in conflict with the definition of the child enshrined in the Convention, in particular with regard to the age of majority, since in traditional views the transition from a play and learning stage of development to work and marriage occurs sooner.
25- وفي عام 2006، لاحظت لجنة حقوق الطفل أن النظرة التقليدية للطفل في المجتمع الكونغولي قد تتعارض مع تعريف الطفل المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بسن البلوغ، لأن الآراء التقليدية تعتبر أن الانتقال من مرحلة النمو من خلال اللعب والتعلم إلى مرحلة العمل والزواج يحدث مبكراً(55).

CRC shared Malaysia's view that laws which were not consistent with the definition of the child under article 1 of the Convention should be reviewed and recommended that Malaysia take all necessary measures to harmonize the definition of the child in national laws.

Convention No. 182 covers all girls and boys under the age of 18 in line with the definition of the child under the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
وتشمل الاتفاقية رقم 182 جميع الفتيات والفتيان الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 سنة() وفقا لتعريف الطفل بموجب اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

491. The Committee shares the State party's view that laws which are not consistent with the definition of the child under article 1 of the Convention should be reviewed to ensure full compliance with the Convention.
491- تشاطر اللجنة الدولة الطرف رأيها في ضرورة إعادة النظر في القوانين غير المطابقة لتعريف الطفل بموجب المادة 1 من الاتفاقية لضمان تطابقها مع الاتفاقية بشكل تام.
