10 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تواصل تعاونها مع المنظمة الدولية لتوحيد المقاييس بهدف إدراج شروط اتفاقية بازل الخاصة بتدنية النفايات والإدارة السليمة بيئياً في المعيار الدولي عن مرافق الاستقبال في الموانئ الذي تضعه المنظمة الدولية لتوحيد المقاييس؛
