1. States shall cooperate with the International Tribunal for Rwanda in the investigation and prosecution of persons accused of committing serious violations of international humanitarian law.
١ - تتعاون الدول مع المحكمة الدولية لرواندا في التحقيق مع اﻷشخاص المتهمين بارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي وفي محاكمتهم.

(f) To cooperate with the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the apprehension and prosecution of individuals indicted for gender—related crimes and all other crimes within their jurisdiction;

20. Reiterates its request that all States cooperate fully with the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the Government of Rwanda in ensuring that all those responsible for the crime of genocide, crimes against humanity and other grave violations of human rights are brought to justice in accordance with international principles of due process;
٠٢- تكرر طلبها إلى جميع الدول المعنية أن تتعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع المحكمة الدولية لرواندا ومع حكومة رواندا في ضمان تقديم جميع المسؤولين عن ارتكاب جريمة اﻹبادة الجماعية وجرائم ضد اﻹنسانية وغير ذلك من الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق اﻹنسان إلى العدالة وفقاً للمبادئ الدولية لﻹجراءات القانونية الواجبة؛

(c) Remind States, in accordance with Security Council resolution 978 (1995) of 27 February 1995, of the need to cooperate with the International Tribunal for Rwanda in order to ensure that genocide and other crimes against humanity are punished.
)ج( تذكير الدول، وفقا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٨٧٩ )٥٩٩١( المؤرخ في ٧٢ شباط/فبراير ٥٩٩١، بضرورة التعاون مع المحكمة الدولية لرواندا من أجل منع اﻹبادة الجماعية وغيرها من الجرائم المرتكبة في حق اﻹنسانية.

(ي) التعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع المحكمة الدولية لرواندا في ضمان تقديم جميع المسؤولين عن جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وغير ذلك من الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان إلى العدالة وفقا للمبادئ الدولية للمحاكمة وفق الأصول؛

(h) To cooperate fully with the International Tribunal for Rwanda in ensuring that all responsible for the genocide, crimes against humanity and violations of article 3 common to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 and Additional Protocol II thereto are brought to justice in accordance with international principles of due process;
(ح) التعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع المحكمة الدولية لرواندا في ضمان تقديم جميع المسؤولين عن جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وانتهاكات المادة 3 المشتركة بين اتفاقات جنيف المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949 وبروتوكولها الإضافي الثاني إلى العدالة وفقاً للمبادئ الدولية لأصول المحاكمة؛

The Registrar of the International Tribunal organized a Working Group of key officials at the International Tribunal who have focused on this important issue in collaboration with the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
وقد نظم مسجل المحكمة الدولية فريقا عاملا مكونا من الموظفين الرئيسيين في المحكمة الدولية، الذين صبّوا جهودهم على هذه المسألة الهامة بالتعاون مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا.

24. Consider that impunity is a threat to the peace and stability of States, and in that context invite all States to cooperate with the International Tribunal for Rwanda in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolution 955 (1994).
٢٤ - نرى أن اﻹفلات من العقوبة يشكل تهديدا لسلام واستقلال الدول. وندعو في هذا الصدد جميع الدول إلى أن تتعاون مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا وفقا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة ٩٥٥ )١٩٩٤(.
