34. The Division published a digest of international judicial cases involving the law of the sea, in collaboration with the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the International Court of Justice.

He noted that, as pointed out by the President of the eleventh Meeting of States Parties (SPLOS/73, para. 60), no formal relationship existed between the Meeting of States Parties and the Commission, as it did with the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the International Seabed Authority, both of which enjoyed observer status at the Meeting.
