They also suggested that negotiations should be arranged under the auspices of the United Nations, with the participation of observers from Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Pakistan, the Central Asian countries and the Russian Federation.
واقترحوا أيضا اتخاذ الترتيبات الخاصة بالمفاوضات تحت إشراف اﻷمم المتحدة، وبمشاركة مراقبين من أفغانستان وجمهورية ايران اﻹسلامية وباكستان وبلدان وسط آسيا والاتحاد الروسي.

In its resolution 52/25, the Assembly established a Preparatory Committee open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with established practices.
وفي قرارها ٥٢/٢٥، أنشأت الجمعية العامة لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لمشاركة جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، وبمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.

4. In paragraph 4 of the same resolution, the Assembly decided to establish a Preparatory Committee of the General Assembly for Habitat II; the Preparatory Committee would be open to all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly.
٤ - وقررت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ذاته، إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية تابعة للجمعية العامة، لمؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثاني للمستوطنات البشرية؛ وتكون عضوية اللجنة التحضيرية مفتوحة لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وفي الوكالات المتخصصة، وبمشاركة المراقبين وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها في الجمعية.

(a) That the Council would act as the Preparatory Committee for the Durban Review Conference, which would be open to the participation of all Member States of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and also with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly;
(أ) أن يعمل بوصفه اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي الذي ستكون المشاركة فيه مفتوحة لجميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، وكذلك بمشاركة المراقبين وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الجمعية العامة؛

337. In paragraph 3 of the same resolution, the General Assembly decided that the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee should be open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly.
٧٣٣ - وفي الفقرة ٣ من القرار ذاته، قررت الجمعية العامة أن تفتح عضوية لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو اﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، مع مشاركة المراقبين وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الجمعية العامة.

" 3. Decides to establish a Preparatory Committee of the General Assembly open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly;
" ٣ - تقرر تشكيل لجنة تحضيرية تابعة للجمعية العامة تكون مفتوحة لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، بمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسة التي تتبعها الجمعية العامة؛

2. In its resolution 51/202, the Assembly set out the organizational process of the special session, and in its resolution 52/25, it established a Preparatory Committee, open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly.
٢ - ووصفت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥١/٢٠٢ العملية التنظيمية للدورة الاستثنائية، وأنشأت في قرارها ٥٢/٢٥ لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لمشاركة جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، بمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.

“Requests the Committee to review its membership, to consider various proposals with the participation of observers, and to report on the results of its deliberations to the Sixth Committee of the General Assembly at its fifty-third session”.
" تطلب إلى اللجنة أن تستعرض عضويتها وأن تنظر في مختلف المقترحات بمشاركة مراقبين وأن تقدم تقريرا عن نتائج مداولاتها إلى اللجنة السادسة التابعة للجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين " .

2. The second round of inter-Tajik talks duly took place at Tehran from 18 to 28 June 1994 with the participation of observers from Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, the Russian Federation and the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE).
٢ - عقدت الجولة الثانية للمحادثات الطاجيكية المشتركة في موعدها المحدد في طهران في الفترة من ٨ إلى ٢٨ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤ بمشاركة مراقبين عن الاتحاد الروسي وأفغانستان وجمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية وباكستان وكازاخستان وقيرغيزستان ومؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا.

The third round of inter-Tajik talks on national reconciliation, under United Nations auspices, took place at Islamabad from 20 October to 1 November 1994 with the participation of observers from Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).
٤ - جرت الجولة الثالثة من المحادثات بين الطرفين الطاجيكيين حول المصالحة الوطنية، تحت رعاية اﻷمم المتحدة، في إسلام آباد في الفترة من ٢٠ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر إلى ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ بمشاركة مراقبين من أفغانستان، وجمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية، وكازاخستان، وباكستان، والاتحاد الروسي، وأوزبكستان، ومؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا، ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي.

40. Having all preparatory work done within subcommittees, coordinated by a member of the Committee, with the participation of observers representing different constituencies and opinions, is seen as an efficient way to advance the Committee's mandate.
40 - ويُعتبر تنفيذ الأعمال التحضيرية برمتها في إطار اللجان الفرعية، بتنسيق من أحد أعضاء اللجنة، وبمشاركة مراقبين يمثلون مختلف المشارب والرؤى، طريقة فاعلة للمضي قدما في تنفيذ ولاية اللجنة.

51. Decides to establish a Preparatory Committee open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly, and that the Preparatory Committee will hold an organizational session of four days' duration, from 19 to 22 May 1998;
٥١ - تقرر أن تنشئ لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لمشاركة جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، وبمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة؛ وأن تعقد اللجنة التحضيرية دورة تنظيمية لمدة أربعة أيام في الفترة من ١٩ إلى ٢٢ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨؛

By its resolution 52/25, the Assembly decided to establish a Preparatory Committee open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly; it also decided that the Committee would hold an organizational session in May 1998.
٣ - وقررت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥٢/٢٥ إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية، مفتوحة لمشاركة جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، وبمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة، وقررت أيضا أن تعقد اللجنة دورة تنظيمية في أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨.

5. Through its resolution 52/25, the General Assembly established a Preparatory Committee, open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the Assembly.
٥ - وأنشأت الجمعية العامة، من خلال قرارها ٢٥/٥٢، لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لمشاركة جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة والأعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، وبمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.

3. Decides that the Summit shall be open to all States Members of the United Nations and States members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly and its conferences and with the rules of procedure of the Summit;
3 - تقرر أن يفتح باب المشاركة في مؤتمر القمة لجميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة والدول الأعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، مع مشاركة المراقبين وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الجمعية العامة ومؤتمراتها وللنظام الداخلي لمؤتمر القمة؛

In the same resolution, the Assembly decided to establish a Preparatory Committee open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly.
وفي القرار ذاته، قررت الجمعية العامة إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لاشتراك جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، مع مشاركة مراقبين فيها وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.
