The Government of Morocco has filed a declaration to express its readiness to apply the provisions of article 2 provided that they were without prejudice to the constitutional requirement that regulated the rules of succession to the throne of the Kingdom of Morocco and they did not conflict with the provisions of the Islamic Shariah.
٩٧ - وقدمت حكومة المغرب بيانا يعرب عن استعدادها لتطبيق أحكام المادة ٢ بشرط عدم المساس بالشرط الدستوري الذي ينظم قواعد خلافة عرش المملكة المغربية، وعدم تعارضها مع أحكام الشريعة اﻹسلامية.

The Government of the Italian Republic has examined the reservation contained in the instrument of ratification by the Government of the State of Qatar, which enters a general reservation in respect of any provisions that conflict with the provisions of the Islamic Shariah.
