١٧٣ - وتلاحظ اللجنة أيضا انعدام التنسيق بين الهيئات والمنظمات العامة والخاصة التي تتعامل مع حقوق الطفل.

The Committee further recommends that the State party raise awareness among parents and the general public on the impact of corporal punishment on the well-being of children, and on positive alternative methods of discipline in accordance with the rights of the child.

٢٢ - وبينما تحيط اللجنة علما بتصريح الدولة الطرف بأن الكثير من التشريعات الوطنية لا يتنافى مع حقوق الطفل كما وردت في الاتفاقية، فانها تشعر بالقلق ﻷن القانون الوطني لا يعترف بعدة حقوق.

(b) To increase the lower minimum age of criminal responsibility without exception to the age of 12 years as the absolute minimum age, to continue to increase it to a higher level and to ensure that the responses envisaged and implemented for children under the established age are in strict conformity with the rights of the child as recognized by internal human rights law, with special attention to the right to be free from violence;
