It would also be helpful to have data on the number of persons convicted of rape or trafficking in women under the Penal Code; the involvement of members of the armed forces in cases of sexual exploitation and the procedure followed in such cases; and the number of women involved in the sex industry, including estimates of the number of victims of trafficking, both within Myanmar and in neighbouring countries.

(ي) أن تضع حدا لسياسة التشريد القسري المنتظم للأشخاص وللسياسات الأخرى المؤدية إلى التشرد داخل ميانمار وتدفق اللاجئين إلى البلدان المجاورة، وأن توفر الحماية والمساعدة الضروريتين للمشردين داخليا، وتحترم حق اللاجئين في العودة الطوعية والآمنة والكريمة تحت رقابة الوكالات الدولية المختصة؛
