1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وتدابير أخرى لتجريم قيام موظف عمومي عمداً بزيادة ثروته بصورة غير معلّلة أثناء خدمته لدى الدولة أو في غضون سنتين من تركه تلك الخدمة.

(i) The unjustified increase in the wealth of a public official during his or her service with the State or within two years following separation from such service;
(ط) تزايد ثروة الموظف العمومي بلا مبرر أثناء تقلده منصبه لدى الدولة أو في غضون سنتين من تركه ذلك المنصب؛
