34. The Chair then invited Parties to exchange views on how to focus and complete the work of the AWG-LCA.
34- ثم دعا الرئيس الأطراف إلى تبادل الآراء بشأن سبل تركيز أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني واستكمالها.

This overview text is made available by the Chair in an effort to assist Parties in preparing the results of the work of the AWG-LCA to be presented to the COP in Doha in order to reach the agreed outcome.

37. Action: The COP will be invited to consider the results of the work of the AWG-LCA with a view to their adoption.

20. The Chair informed delegates that the negotiating text resulting from the work of the AWG-LCA at its eleventh session, contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/14, would be before the AWG-LCA at its thirteenth session.

The text maintains, in general, the structure of the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA that was presented to the COP at its fifteenth session.

At the outset, the Chair underlined that the work of the AWG-LCA at its thirteenth session had been conducted in close collaboration with the President of COP 16 in order to enable negotiations to run smoothly and in a transparent and inclusive manner.
وأوضحت رئيسة الفريق في البداية أن إدارة أعمال فريق العمل التعاوني في دورته الثالثة عشرة كانت تتم بالتعاون الوثيق مع رئيسة الدورة السادسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف للسماح بسير المفاوضات بسهولة وبأسلوب شفاف وشامل.

16. The Chair also informed delegates that the draft texts resulting from the work of the AWG-LCA at its eleventh session would be compiled without any changes and made available as an official document for consideration by the AWG-LCA at its twelfth session.
16- وأبلغت الرئيسة أيضاً المندوبين بأن مشاريع النصوص التي سيتمخض عنها عمل فريق العمل التعاوني في دورته الحادية عشرة سوف تُجمّع دون أي تغيير وتُتاح كوثيقة رسمية ينظر فيها الفريق في دورته الثانية عشرة.

2. In order to complete the work of the AWG-LCA and reach the agreed outcome, it is important to reflect on the original mandate of decision 1/CP.13 (Bali Action Plan) and the decisions that have been adopted regarding the work of the AWG-LCA at the sixteenth and seventeenth sessions of the COP.
2- ومن أجل استكمال عمل فريق العمل التعاوني والتوصل إلى الحصيلة المتفق عليها، فإن من الأهمية بمكان التفكير في الولاية الأصلية المبينة في المقرر 1/م أ-13 (خطة عمل بالي) وفي المقررات التي اعتُمدت بخصوص عمل فريق العمل التعاوني في الدورتين السادسة عشرة والسابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف.

11. In preparing a comprehensive and balanced outcome for adoption by the COP at its seventeenth session, the AWG-LCA will build on, and take forward, the results of the thirteenth and sixteenth sessions of the COP, recognizing that the work of the AWG-LCA includes both implementation tasks and issues that are still to be concluded.
11- وسيستند فريق العمل التعاوني، في سياق إعداد محصلة شاملة ومتوازنة ليعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة، إلى نتائج الدورتين الثالثة عشرة والسادسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف، وسيمضي بها قدماً، علماً أن عمل فريق العمل التعاوني يشمل مسائل ومهاماً متعلقة بالتنفيذ لم تُحسم بعد.

The Chair also pointed out that, while the text generally maintained the structure of the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA as presented to the COP at its fifteenth session, the structure was without prejudice to the form and legal nature of the outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA to be presented to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
كما أشارت الرئيسة إلى أنه في حين حافظ النص بوجه عام على هيكل نتائج عمل فريق العمل التعاوني كما عُرض على مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الخامسة عشرة، فإنه ليس في ذلك أي إخلال بنتائج عمل فريق العمل التعاوني التي ستقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لإقرارها في دورته السادسة عشرة، سواء من حيث شكل هذه النتائج أو طبيعتها القانونية.

The outcome of the work of the AWG-LCA
ثالثاً - حصيلة أعمال الفريق العامل المخصص

33. The Chair shared his views on the way to move forward the work of the AWG-LCA in order to achieve an outcome to be presented to the COP for its consideration and adoption.
33- وأبدى الرئيس آراءه بشأن سبل المضي قدماً بعمل فريق العمل التعاوني من أجل بلوغ محصلة تُقدَّم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي ينظر فيها ويعتمدها.

In accordance with the Bali Action Plan, the COP will take stock of the progress made in the work of the AWG-LCA, on the basis of the report by the group.
ووفقاً لخطة عمل بالي، سيقيّم مؤتمر الأطراف التقدم المحرز في عمل الفريق العامل المخصص على أساس تقرير هذا الأخير.

22. Parties will have an opportunity to share information on initiatives taken since the last session in Cancun that are relevant to the work of the AWG-LCA.
22- وستُتاح للأطراف فرصة تبادل المعلومات بشأن المبادرات المتخذة منذ الدورة الأخيرة المعقودة في كانكون والتي هي وثيقة الصلة بأعمال فريق العمل التعاوني.

Some additional elements have also been included under the work of the AWG-LCA as a result of agreement reached among Parties at previous sessions.
كما أُدرجت بعض العناصر الإضافية في إطار مهام فريق العمل التعاوني نتيجة للاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه الأطراف في الدورات السابقة.
