19. The Commission would also appreciate written comments and observations from Governments on the commentaries to the draft principles.

27. Upon receiving the report of the International Law Commission, the General-Assembly, at its twenty-first session, in 1966, decided, in its resolution 2166 (XXI), to invite the submission of written comments and observations on the draft articles.

38. At its fiftieth session (1998), the Commission reiterated its request to Governments for written comments and observations on the draft articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States adopted on first reading in 1997, so as to enable it to begin the second reading of the draft articles at its fifty-first session.
38- وكررت اللجنة في دورتها الخمسين (1998) طلبها إلى الحكومات تقديم تعليقات وملاحظات خطية على مشاريع المواد المتعلقة بجنسية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في حالة خلافة الدول والتي اعتمدت في القراءة الأولى في 1997، لتمكينها من بدء القراءة الثانية لمشاريع المواد في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.
