However, in view of the increasing number and complexity of cases brought before the Court it has become more and more difficult to hold hearings in all of them directly after the closure of the written proceedings.
غير أنه نظرا لتزايد عدد القضايا المعروضة على المحكمة وتشعبها أصبح من الصعب بصورة متزايدة عقد جلسات في كل هذه القضايا مباشرة بعد اختتام الإجراءات الكتابية.

We have also noted the difficulties that the Court is facing in holding hearings in all pending cases directly after the closure of the written proceedings, owing to the increase in the number and complexity of cases before it.
كما لاحظنا الصعوبات التي تواجهها المحكمة في عقد جلسات الاستماع في القضايا التي لم ينظر فيها بعد، بعد اختتام الإجراءات الكتابية نظرا لازدياد عدد القضايا المعروضة عليها وتعقيدها.

36. In view of the increasing number and complexity of cases brought before the Court it has become more and more difficult to hold hearings in all pending cases directly after the closure of the written proceedings.
36 - ونظرا للعدد المتزايد للقضايا المعروضة على المحكمة وتشعبها، تزايدت صعوبة عقد جلسات بشأن كل القضايا قيد النظر مباشرة بعد اختتام الإجراءات الكتابية.

The written proceedings in this case were thus concluded.
وبذلك اختتمت الاجراءات الخطية في هذه القضية.
