توزع الأمانة البيانات المكتوبة المقدمة من الممثلين المعينين المشار إليهم في المواد 61 إلى 66 من النظام الداخلي إلى جميع الوفود بالكميات وباللغات التي تُقدَّم إلى الأمانة، شريطة أن تكون البيانات المقدمة من الممثلين المعينين المشار إليهم في المواد 64 إلى 66 متصلة بعمل مجلس الإدارة وأن تكون في موضوع لهم فيه اختصاص خاص.
