The permanent representatives of the member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in New York strongly condemn the terrorist attack that targeted, on Tuesday, 24 October, the Yarmuk Military Industrial Complex in the Sudanese capital Khartoum, causing the deaths of a number of people and inflicting serious material damage to the premises of the complex.

Lastly, the fact that aid has recently been delivered with United Nations cooperation to the old city of Homs, Barzah, Ghizlaniyah, Jadidat al-Shaybani and Yarmuk camp is the clearest evidence that, whenever possible, the Syrian Government has spared no effort and stands prepared to facilitate humanitarian aid delivery all over Syria without discrimination.
وأود التنويه في الختام إلى أن إيصال المساعدات إلى حمص القديمة وبرزة والغزلانية وجديدة الشيباني ومخيم اليرموك في الفترة الأخيرة بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة هو أوضح دليل على أن الحكومة السورية لا تقف عائقا وإنما على استعداد لتسهيل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى المحتاجين في أي منطقة من سوريا دونما تمييز وحيثما كان ذلك ممكنا.
