9. At the same meeting, the representative of the United Kingdom orally corrected the title of the draft resolution so that it read: " Policies and programmes involving youth: youth in the global economy -- promoting youth participation in social and economic development " .

Mr. Woodroffe (United Kingdom), speaking on behalf of the other main sponsor, Senegal, the other sponsors listed and Australia, Canada, Chile, Slovenia and Switzerland, said that the title of the draft resolution should be " Policies and Programmes Involving Youth: youth in the global economy -- promoting youth participation in social and economic development " .
