They have regular employment contracts and a bond is deposited for each such worker. Employers also have other obligations to protect them.
نود التوضيح حول ما جاء في هذه الفقرة من أن أغلبية من النساء العاملات المهاجرات في الخدمة المنزلية يتاجر بهن ويتعرضن للاستغلال، بأن هؤلاء النسوة اللواتي يأتين إلى لبنان بصورة شرعية وعلى اسم كفيل لا يكنَّ بوضع المتاجَر بهنَّ أو المستغلات ذلك أنهن يعملن بموجب عقد عمل وتغطي وجودهن كفالة مصرفية إضافة إلى وجود موجبات أخرى موضوعة على صاحب عملهن في مجال حمايتهن.
