2. fordert alle Staaten auf, zu erwägen, das Römische Statut des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs zu unterzeichnen, zu ratifizieren beziehungsweise ihm beizutreten, und befürwortet Bemühungen um die Förderung der Bekanntmachung der Ergebnisse der Diplomatischen Bevollmächtigtenkonferenz der Vereinten Nationen zur Errichtung eines Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs sowie für die Bestimmungen des Statuts;
2 - تهيب بجميع الدول أن تنظر في التوقيع على نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، أو التصديق عليه أو الانضمام إليه، حسب الاقتضاء، وتشجع الجهود التي تستهدف تعزيز الوعي بنتائج مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الدبلوماسي للمفوضين المعني بإنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية وبأحكام النظام الأساسي؛
