Pursuant to decision VI/13 of the Conference of the Parties, it fell to the Open-ended Working Group to elect the Committee, established under decision VI/12, to administer the Mechanism for Promoting implementation and compliance so that it could meet during the second session of the Open-ended Working Group to organize its own future work.
وعملاً بالمقرر 6/13 لمؤتمر الأطراف كلف الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية بمهمة انتخاب اللجنة، التي تنشأ بموجب المقرر 6/12 لإدارة آلية تشجيع التنفيذ والامتثال بحيث يمكن أن تجتمع أثناء الدورة الثانية للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية من أجل تنظيم عملها المستقبلي.

The Conference of the Parties, by its decision VII/32, requested the Secretariat to finalize, in consultation with the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance, a checklist for the preparation of national legislation for the implementation of the Basel Convention as a complement to the model national legislation.

By its decision VI/12, the Conference of the Parties established a Mechanism for Promoting the implementation of and compliance with the obligations set out under the Basel Convention, and the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance ( " the Committee " ).
69 - أنشأ مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 6/12، آلية لتعزيز تنفيذ الالتزامات المترتبة على اتفاقية بازل والامتثال لها، واللجنة المعنية بإدارة آلية تشجيع التنفيذ والامتثال ( " اللجنة " ).

To welcome the work undertaken by the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance of the Basel Convention and the opportunity to be consulted in the context of the Committee's development of the above-mentioned four guidance documents;
(ب) يرحب بالعمل الذي اضطلعت به لجنة إدارة آلية تشجيع تنفيذ اتفاقية بازل والامتثال لها وبالفرصة التي سنحت لاستشارته في سياق وضع اللجنة للوثائق التوجيهية الأربع المشار إليها أعلاه؛

To provide comments on the following draft documents developed in the framework of the 2014 - 2015 work programme of the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance of the Convention (item 3 (c) (i) of the provisional agenda):

By its decision BC-11/8 on the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance of the Basel Convention (hereinafter " the Committee " ), the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal approved the work programme for the biennium 20142015 of the Committee attached to that decision.
1 - وافق مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل بشأن التحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها عبر الحدود، بموجب مقرره ا ب - 11/8 بشأن لجنة إدارة آلية تشجيع تنفيذ اتفاقية بازل والامتثال لها (يشار لها فيما بعد بـــ ' ' اللجنة``)، على برنامج العمل لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 للجنة الملحق بذلك المقرر.

With regard to the take-back provision of the Basel Convention, work was undertaken by the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance (hereinafter referred to as " the Committee " ), as requested by the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting in decision BC10/11.
