In its decision 4/4, the Conference decided that the Working Group should meet during the fifth session of the Conference and should hold at least one intersessional meeting before that session.
3- وقرّر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرّره 4/4، أن يجتمع الفريق العامل أثناء دورة المؤتمر الخامسة وأن يعقد اجتماعا واحدا على الأقل من اجتماعات ما بين الدورات قبل انعقاد تلك الدورة.

In resolution 5/6, the Conference endorsed the recommendations of the meeting of the Open-ended Interim Working Group of Government Experts on Technical Assistance held on 19 and 20 October 2010 during the fifth session of the Conference.
30- وفي القرار 5/6، أقر المؤتمر توصيات() اجتماع فريق الخبراء الحكوميين العامل المؤقت المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية، الذي عُقد في 19 و20 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر أثناء دورة المؤتمر الخامسة.

The Working Group also requests the Secretariat to prepare, for submission to the Working Group at its next meeting, to be held during the fifth session of the Conference, a report on the current technical assistance programmes and the programmes envisaged for the future, with an evaluation of the outcome of those programmes.
5- ويطلب الفريقُ العامل من الأمانة أيضاً إعداد تقرير عن برامج المساعدة التقنية الراهنة والبرامج المتوقعة للمستقبل، مع تقييم نتائج البرامج الراهنة، وذلك لكي تقدمه إليه في اجتماعه التالي الذي سيُعقد أثناء دورة المؤتمر الخامسة.

The Working Group further requests the Secretariat to prepare for submission to the Working Group at its next meeting, to be held during the fifth session of the Conference, a report on the proposals for implementing the priority activities contained in paragraph 2 above.
6- ويطلب الفريقُ العامل من الأمانة أيضاً إعداد تقرير عن الاقتراحات من أجل تنفيذ الأنشطة ذات الأولوية المذكورة في الفقرة 2 أعلاه، لكي تقدمه إليه في اجتماعه التالي الذي سيُعقد أثناء دورة المؤتمر الخامسة.

1. Decides to convene open-ended intergovernmental expert meetings on international cooperation to advise and assist the Conference with respect to extradition and mutual legal assistance, and to convene one such meeting during the fifth session of the Conference and, prior to that, within existing resources, at least one intersessional meeting;
1- يقرِّر أن يعقد اجتماعات خبراء حكوميين مفتوحة المشاركة بشأن التعاون الدولي من أجل إسداء المشورة والمساعدة للمؤتمر فيما يخص تسليم المطلوبين والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، وأن يعقد اجتماعاً واحداً من هذا القبيل أثناء دورة المؤتمر الخامسة يسبقه، في حدود الموارد المتوافرة، اجتماعٌ واحد على الأقل يُعقد فيما بين الدورتين؛()
