China has always supported the efforts of countries in various regions to establish nuclear-weapon-free zones on the basis of consultations among themselves and voluntary agreements, in the light of actual regional conditions.
لذا تقدم الصين دوما الدعم للجهود التي تبذلها بلدان الأقاليم المختلفة من أجل إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية بناء على مشاورات فيما بينها واتفاقات طوعية في ضوء الظروف الإقليمية الراهنة.

30. The Conference appreciates the efforts made to establish nuclear-weapon-free zones in various regions, in particular in Central Asia and the Middle East, and agrees that progress in this regard will further strengthen the credibility of the NPT.
30 - ويعرب المؤتمر عن تقديره للجهود المبذولة من أجل إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية في مختلف البقاع، ولا سيما في آسيا الوسطى والشرق الأوسط، ويتفق على أن إحراز التقدم في هذا المجال سيزيد من تعزيز مصداقية معاهدة عدم الانتشار.

4. China supports the efforts of non-nuclear-weapon states to establish nuclear-weapon-free zones and believes that the establishment of nuclear-weapon-free zones is conducive to preventing proliferation of nuclear weapons and promoting regional and global peace and security.
4 - وتؤيد الصين الجهود التي تبذلها الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية، من أجل إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وتعتقد أن إنشاء المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية يفضي إلى منع انتشار تلك الأسلحة، ويعزز السلام والأمن على الصعيدين الإقليمي والعالمي.

1. Efforts by relevant countries to establish nuclear-weapon-free zones based on article VII of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and the guidelines on establishing nuclear-weapon-free zones adopted by the United Nations Disarmament Commission in 1999 should be actively supported.
1 - ينبغي تقديم الدعم النشط للجهود التي تبذلها البلدان المعنية من أجل إنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية وفقا للمادة السابعة من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية التي اعتمدتها هيئة الأمم المتحدة لنزع السلاح في عام 1999.

China has already undertaken unconditionally not to be the first to use nuclear weapons and not to use or threaten to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear weapon states or nuclear-weapon-free zones, and has consistently supported efforts by countries to establish nuclear-weapon-free zones on the basis of voluntary consultations.
