(a) Consultations among the member countries on the formulation of a strategy and action plan for regional cooperation on science and technology within the South-South Cooperation framework;

وتبادل تجربته بشأن تنفيذ برنامج العمل في جنوب آسيا في إطار حلقة دراسية إقليمية مدتها يومان بعنوان " السلام والأمن في جنوب آسيا: مسائل وأولويات من أجل التعاون الإقليمي بشأن مراقبة الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة " ، عُقدت في دكا في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009.
