Creation of implementation machinery and encouraging the efforts of the parties to collective agreements, where they apply, to ensure the application of the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value.
دعم إنشاء أجهزة للتنفيذ وتشجيع الجهود التي تبذلها أطراف الاتفاقات الجماعية حيث تنطبق هذه الاتفاقات، لضمان تطبيق مبدأ تساوي أجور الأعمال المتساوية القيمة

Considering that although reports of States parties indicate that, even though the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value has been accepted in the legislation of many countries, more remains to be done to ensure the application of that principle in practice, in order to overcome the gender-segregation in the labour market,
وإذ ترى أنه رغم ما يرد في تقارير الدول الأطراف من إشارة إلى أنه حتى بعد قبول مبدأ تساوي أجور الأعمال المتساوية القيمة في تشريعات كثير من البلدان، لا يزال يتعين بذل الكثير لضمان تطبيق ذلك المبدأ عمليا، بغية التغلب على الفصل بين الجنسين في سوق العمل،

3. They should support, as far as practicable, the creation of implementation machinery and encourage the efforts of the parties to collective agreements, where they apply, to ensure the application of the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value.
3- ينبغي لها أن تدعم، قدر المستطاع، إنشاء أجهزة للتنفيذ، وأن تشجع الجهود التي تبذلها أطراف الاتفاقات الجماعية حيث تنطبق هذه الاتفاقات، لضمان تطبيق مبدأ تساوي أجور الأعمال المتساوية القيمة.
