In the Sahel region, UNODC-trained national trainers delivered workshops, and a regional workshop to train trainers on the UNODC technical assistance tools was held for the Latin American region.

20- قدَّم ممثل عن الأمانة عرضاً إيضاحيا عن أدوات المساعدة التقنية التي استحدثها المكتب بالتعاون مع الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى.

To that effect, the Committee recommends that the State party make use of the technical assistance tools developed by relevant United Nations bodies.

Furthermore, in that resolution, the Commission also encouraged UNODC to widely disseminate the technical assistance tools that have been development, with a view to further improving the capacity of States to implement the Convention and its Protocols, while promoting the exchange of experiences and good practices among practitioners in countering effectively transnational organized crime and in implementing the Convention and its Protocols.

In implementing the recommendations above, the State party should make use, where relevant, of the technical assistance tools developed by the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice and its members, including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and non-governmental organizations.

The Working Group may wish to discuss the technical assistance tools designed by UNODC to support its work in delivering technical assistance across the range of activities within the scope of the Convention and its Protocols, including tools that advance understanding of the Convention and its Protocols and that also address new forms and dimensions of organized crime.
ولعلَّ الفريق العامل يودُّ أن يدرس أدوات المساعدة التقنية التي استحدثها المكتب لدعم عمله في تقديم المساعدة التقنية عبر مجموعة الأنشطة التي تدخل في نطاق الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، بما في ذلك الأدوات التي تعزّز فهم الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها والتي تتناول أيضا أشكالاً وأبعاداً جديدة للجريمة المنظَّمة.
