Her delegation welcomed the improvements in the revised version of draft article 2, but thought that the definition of " conduct " should incorporate the minimum guarantees that any legal act by the authorities of the expelling State would have to allow for, since what was involved were cases in which an alien had no remedy and was left with no choice but to leave the territory of that State.
16 - وأعربت عن ترحيب وفد بلدها بالتحسينات التي طرأت على النص المنقح لمشروع المادة 2، بيد أنه يرى أن تعريف " سلوك " ينبغي أن يتضمن حدا أدنى من الضمانات التي يمكن أن يسمح بها أي عمل قانوني تقوم به سلطات الدولة الطاردة، لأن الأمر يتعلق بقضايا لا يكون فيها للأجنبي أي سبيل للانتصاف، ويُترك دون خيار سوى مغادرة أراضي تلك الدولة.
