وفيما يتعلق بالأسلحة العائدة إلى الفئات الأخرى، أي الأسلحة النارية الدفاعية أو أسلحة الصيد أو السلاح الأبيض أو أسلحة الرماية أو أسلحة المعارض أو أسلحة الصالونات أو الأسلحة التاريخية أو أسلحة المجموعات النادرة، فضلا عن ذخائرها، فيحكمها تشريع خاص بموناكو ناجم عن القانون رقم 913 المتعلق بالأسلحة والذخائر ونصوصـــه التطبيقيـــة، ولا سيمـــا الأمـــر السامي رقم 6-947 المؤرخ 16 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1980.
