Israel is a party to the Convention on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be excessively injurious or have indiscriminate effects (CCW).
إن إسرائيل طرف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية اﻷثر.

:: Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects, and Protocols I, II and III thereto;
:: اتفاقيـــــة حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، وبروتوكولاتها الأول والثاني والثالث؛

The purpose of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects and its annexed Protocols is the protection of the civilian population, and in certain circumstances combatants, against the effects of hostilities.
الغرض من اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، هو حماية السكان المدنيين وحماية المقاتلين في ظروف معينة من آثار أعمال القتال.

91. After the customary exchange of courtesies, the PRESIDENT declared closed the Third Review Conference of the States parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which May be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects.
91- وبعد تبادل عبارات الشكر الاعتيادية، أعلن الرئيس اختتام المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر.

Reaffirming their conviction that the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects is a major instrument of international humanitarian law, which contributes to both preventing and reducing the suffering of civilians and combatants,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد اقتناعها بأن اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر صك رئيسي في القانون الإنساني الدولي، يساهم في منع معاناة المدنيين والمقاتلين والتخفيف منها،

The High Contracting Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restriction on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects agree to the following actions to accelerate universalization of the Convention and its Protocols:
اتفقت الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية قصد التعجيل بعالمية الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها:

In recognition of the fundamental importance of compliance, the High Contracting Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restriction on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects agree to the following actions to enhance implementation of the compliance mechanism for the Convention and its annexed Protocols:
تتفق الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، اعترافاً فيها بما يكتسيه الامتثال من أهمية أساسية، على الإجراءات التالية من أجل تحسين تنفيذ آلية الامتثال للاتفاقية والبروتوكولات المرفقة بها؛

1. Their commitment to respect and comply, in accordance with the norms and principles of international law, with the objectives and provisions of the Convention and its annexed Protocols to which they are party as authoritative international instruments governing the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be excessively injurious or to have indiscriminate effects,
1- التزامها بأن تحترم، بموجب قواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي، أهداف وأحكام الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، التي هي أطراف فيها، وأن تمتثل لها بوصفها صكوكاً دولية ذات حجية تنظِّم استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر،

(f) Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects (with Protocols I, II and III), in 2008; and
(و) اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر (مع بروتوكولاتها الأول والثاني والثالث)، في عام 2008؛ و

55. The full implementation of the aims of the Ottawa Convention should be pursued gradually, while ensuring the widest possible participation of States in Protocol II of the 1980 Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects.
55 - ومضى يقول إن التنفيذ الكامل لأهداف اتفاقية أوتاوا لا بد من متابعته بالتدريج، مع العمل على كفالة أوسع مشاركة ممكنة من جانب الدول في البروتوكول الثاني من اتفاقية عام 1980 المتصلة بإجراءات حظر وتقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر.

In addition, Israel is a party to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects, as well as its Protocol I on Non-Detectable Fragments, both of 10 October 1980.
وإسرائيل، علاوة على ذلك، طرف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، وكذا في بروتوكولها الأول المتعلق بالشظايا الخفية، وكلاهما مؤرخ 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1980.

12. Within the context of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects, commonly known as the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons, the group of governmental experts continued negotiations on a protocol on cluster munitions.
12 - وفي إطار اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، المعروفة عموما باسم الاتفاقية المتعلقة بأسلحة تقليدية معيّنة، واصل فريق الخبراء الحكوميين المفاوضات المتعلقة بوضع بروتوكول بشأن الذخائر العنقودية.

1- التزامها بأن تحترم، بموجب قواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي، أهداف وأحكام الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، التي هي أطراف فيها، وأن تمتثل لها بوصفها صكوكاً دولية ذات حجية تنظِّم استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، [CCW/CONF.III/11 (Part II)، الفقرة 1 من المنطوق]

With regard to so-called inhumane weapons, it is well known that their use is regulated by an important international document, namely, the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects (CCW).
وفيما يتعلق بما يطلق عليه الأسلحة اللاإنسانية، من المعلوم جيدا أن استخدامها تنظِّمه وثيقة دولية هامة، هي اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معيّنة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر (اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة).
