In this context, the Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to a peaceful solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and to the right of the Palestinian people to exercise self-determination and sovereignty in their independent State of Palestine, on the basis of the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
وفي هذا السياق، أعاد الوزراء التأكيد كذلك على التزامهم إزاء العمل على إيجاد حل سلمي للنزاع الإسرائيلي - الفلسطيني وإزاء حق الشعب الفلسطيني في ممارسة حق تقرير المصير والسيادة في دولة فلسطين المستقلة، على أساس حدود عام 1967، مع القدس الشرقية عاصمة لها.

With regard to the non-proliferation regime, the Ministers reaffirmed the need for adherence by all countries, including India and Pakistan, to the Non-Proliferation Treaty as it stood, without any modification, stressing that India and Pakistan did not have the status of nuclear-weapon States in accordance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty.

714. the Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to actively promote the mainstreaming of a gender perspective in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programmes, in all political, economic and social spheres, ensuring full representation and full and equal participation of women as critical partners in the eradication of poverty.

In this regard, the Ministers reaffirmed the importance of the principle contained in the final document of the SSOD-I that " The adoption of disarmament measures should take place in such an equitable and balanced manner as to ensure the right of each State to security and to ensure that no individual State or group of States may obtain advantages over others at any stage. "
وفي هذا الصدد، أعاد الوزراء التأكيد على أهمية المبدأ الوارد في الوثيقة الختامية للدورة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح والقائل بأنه " ينبغي اعتماد تدابير نزع السلاح بطريقة منصفة ومتوازنة تضمن حق كل دولة في الأمن، وعدم حصول أي دولة أو مجموعة من الدول في أي مرحلة على امتيازات دون سواها " .

the Ministers reaffirmed that all measures and actions taken, or to be taken by Israel, the occupying Power, such as its illegal decision of 14 December 1981 that purports to alter the legal, physical and demographic status of the occupied Syrian Golan and its institutional structure, as well as the Israeli measures to apply its jurisdiction and administration there, are null and void and have no legal effect.
242 - أعاد الوزراء التأكيد على أن كافة الأعمال والإجراءات التي اتخذتها أو تتخذها إسرائيل، سلطة الاحتلال، من قبيل قرارها غير القانونى الصادر في 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1981، الذي يرمي إلى تغيير الوضع القانوني والمادي والسكاني للجولان السوري المحتل وهياكله المؤسسية، والتدابير التي اتخذتها إسرائيل لتطبيق اختصاصها وإدارتها في تلك المنطقة، تعتبر باطلة وكأن لم تكن وليس لها أي أثر قانوني.

the Ministers reaffirmed the guiding principles regarding UN peacekeeping operations (UNPKOs) adopted at the XI Ministerial Conference of NAM held in Cairo in 1994, and reiterated the Movement's position on UNPKOs adopted by the XII Summit held in Durban in 1998, and which have been further reiterated at the XIII Summit held in Kuala Lumpur in 2003.
62 - أعاد الوزراء التأكيد على المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام التي اعتمدت خلال المؤتمر الوزاري الحادي عشر لحركة عدم الانحياز المعقود في القاهرة سنة 1994، كما أعربوا مجددا عن موقف الحركة من عمليات حفظ السلام المعتمد في القمة الثانية عشرة المعقودة في دربان سنة 1998، والذي جرى الإعراب عنه مرة أخرى في القمة الثالثة عشرة المعقودة في كوالالمبور في عام 2003.

86.6 The Ministers reiterated the role of the General Assembly in the maintenance of international peace and security and expressed grave concern at instances wherein the Security Council fails to address cases involving genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes or ceasefire between belligerent parties, in fulfilment of its primary responsibility in this regard;
86-6 أعاد الوزراء التأكيد على دور الجمعية العامة في حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين وأعربوا عن بالغ قلقهم إزاء الحالات التي فشل فيها مجلس الأمن في تناول قضايا مثل الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب أو وقف إطلاق النار بين أطراف متحاربة وعجز المجلس عن الاضطلاع بمسؤوليته في هذا الصدد؛
