وأعلنت الرئيسة أنه في أعقاب مشاورات المجلس أذن لها بإصدار بيان باسم المجلس وتلت نص هذا البيان )للاطلاع على النص الكامل انظر S/PRST/1994/74؛ والذي سيصدر في الوثائق الرسمية لمجلس اﻷمن، السنة التاسعة واﻷربعون، قرارات ومقررات مجلس اﻷمن، ١٩٩٤(.
