٩ - تهيب بالدول القائمة باﻹدارة إزالة القواعد العسكرية المتبقية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، وتحثها على عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى؛

9. Calls upon the administering Powers to eliminate the remaining military bases in the Non-Self-Governing Territories in compliance with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly, and urges them not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States;
٩ - تطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة إزالة القواعد العسكرية المتبقية في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، وتحثها على عدم إشراك تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى؛

The Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina frankly was in no position to undertake any offensive actions.
