During the period of evacuation status in the home country, security evacuation allowance will be paid in respect of the staff member and each eligible family member at the rates specified in paragraph 3 above.
وخلال فترة المكوث في الوطن في ظل حالة الإجلاء، يُدفع بدل الإجلاء الأمني فيما يتعلق بالموظف وبكلٍ من أفراد أسرته المستحقين بالمعدلات المحددة في الفقرة 3 أعلاه.

(i) An additional shipment entitlement once a year to the duty station by the most economical means of up to 50 kilograms or 0.31 cubic metres in respect of the staff member and each eligible family member for whom the Organization has paid travel costs to the duty station;

This is a one-time payment for the staff member and all of his/her eligible family members even if they are evacuated at different times.

(m) If a staff member or eligible family member travels using a more economical standard than the one approved, the United Nations shall pay only for the standard actually used at the rate paid by the traveller.
(م) إذا سافر الموظف أو فرد من أفراد أسرته المستحقين بدرجة أكثر اقتصادا من الــدرجة المقـــررة، لا تدفع الأمم المتحدة إلا تكاليف الدرجة المستخدمة فعلا بالسعر الذي دفعه المسافر.

Should a staff member wish to visit his or her eligible family members residing at any other place, the travel expenses borne by the United Nations shall not exceed the maximum amount that would have been payable on the basis of travel to the place of home leave.
وإذا رغب الموظف في زيارة أفراد أسرته المستحقين المقيمين في أي مكان آخر، لا يجوز أن تتعدى مصاريف السفر التي تتحملها اﻷمم المتحدة الحد اﻷقصى للمبلغ الذي كان يجب عليها دفعه في حالة السفر إلى مكان إجازة زيارة الوطن.

For education grant travel [The] the staff member may be required to submit proof that [he or she as well as] eligible family members spent a minimum of 14 days [in the country authorized for family visit and] at the duty station [for education grant travel].

15. If staff members and/or their eligible family members are not authorized to return to the duty station within 30 days following the evacuation, each organization will decide with regard to:
