30. In its resolution 20/5, the Council requested the Secretary-General to prepare a report on legislative and administrative measures that may lead to the deprivation of nationality of individuals or groups of individuals, paying particular attention to situations where persons affected may be left stateless, and to present the report to the Council before its twenty-fifth session.

2. Communications submitted by or on behalf of individuals or groups of individuals who are subject to the jurisdiction of a State party to the Convention and the Optional Protocol shall be subject to the provisions contained in articles 1 and 2 of the Optional Protocol and rule 55 et seq. of the Committee's rules of procedure.
2- والبلاغات المقدمة من أفراد أو مجموعات من الأفراد الخاضعين للولاية القضائية لدولة طرف في الاتفاقية والبروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بها، أو بالنيابة عنهم، تخضع للأحكام الواردة في المادتين 1 و2 من البروتوكول الاختياري والمادة 55 وما يليها من النظام الداخلي للجنة المعنية بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

Any person submitting communications on behalf of individuals or groups of individuals without evidence of consent shall provide a written justification as to why the alleged victim(s) is/are unable to submit the communication in person and why a letter granting such power is not submitted.

Thus, articles 131 and 133 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia relate to the abduction and illegal deprivation of liberty of a person by non state agents (private individuals or group of persons), which although contain the 2nd and 3rd elements of the crime, but the 1st element is missing; consequently they are not in complete conformity with the crime of enforced disappearance.
هكذا، فالمادتان 131 و133 من القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا تتعلقان باختطاف الشخص وحرمانه غير المشروع من الحرية على أيدي أشخاص (أفراد أو مجموعات من الأفراد) من غير موظفي الدولة، وعلى الرغم من أنهما تتضمنان العنصرين الثاني والثالث من الجريمة، فإن العنصر الأول غائب منهما؛ وبالتالي فهما ليستا متوافقتين تماماً مع جريمة الاختفاء القسري.
